Unique Collections Patrons

Patrons who have been sent to the Unique Collections Agency by Solano County will have the following on their records:

You May NOT

• Take any money
• Remove any fines
• Give the patron a new card

You May:

• Take their books and check them in.
• Update address or phone number ONLY

The patron will need to go to the nearest Solano County library to get instructions on what steps they need to take. I usually send them to JFK: 505 Santa Clara St in Vallejo, 1-866-572-7587.
