To transfer all calls from the Customer Service Desk to another staff person in the back room simply press the FWD button on the phone set. (You can leave the receiver in the cradle.) This procedure sends all calls to a person's phone in the staff room and eliminates calls at the CSD.
You will be prompted to "Enter Forward Dest:"
Enter a four digit phone extension of where you would like phone calls to be sent (forwarded). The FWD button will be lit with a red light at this time. You must follow the same procedure to each phone at the CSD that you want transferred. (You can transfer to the same number or another number.)
To cancel the forwarding feature simply press the FWD button, lift the receiver, and hang up. The red FWD button will go out and the forwarding function will be turned off.
