Transfer Phone Calls

How to pick up calls at another phone:

1. Press "6" on your phone. The readout will say "Reverse Transfer Extension:".

2. Press the button where the red light is blinking to pick up the ringing extension.

3. Begin speaking to the patron.

To transfer a call to another phone:

1. Tell the patron you are transferring them.

2. Press the button that has an arrow on the left and some people on the right. This button is to the right of the red "hold" button.

3. Press the four number extension to the line to which you want to transfer the call.

3a. If the line you're transferring to is busy, press the green button by line #1 to get your patron back and let him know you are going to try transferring him to a different phone. Then do #2 and #3 above.

4. Hang up.
