This is what you will see in Polaris when a patron is sent to collection.
1. Account fees
2. View: Transaction Summary
3. Detail will show Reason : Collection Agency

*2/18/2025 UPDATED procedure from Solano Country: Our partners, Benicia and St. Helena, can return items that are on an SCL card that has been sent to collections, whether the items belong to SCL or a partner library. They just don’t accept payment on a SCL patron’s account that is in collections.
