Staff Copier

If you need to set up a service call call TaylorMade (find number on the copier).

If you are using any paper heavier than 24 lb, please follow these
instructions:

1. Put cardstock paper in bypass tray only (it is on the right hand side of the machine)
2. Select the Bypass Tray on the touch pad
3. Click the # Enter button (on the number keypad)
4. Press Thick Paper (bottom right side of the touch pad)
5. Select Thick Paper 3 for one sided copies
6. Select Thick 3 Dup.Back for two sided copies
7. OK

This will correct the smearing ink problem and the paper jams when doing duplex jobs.
