Returns

To return items:

1. Make sure the RFID StaffConnect program is set to return.

2. Click Check In.

3. Check item to make sure it has all its parts.

4. Check for damage. If damaged do not check in. Give to Julia Butler.

5. Place item on RFID plate.

6. If item is going to another branch, insert appropriate routing/hold slip(s).

7. Place items on maroon cart for DAs to sort and sensitize.

8. If the item is on hold for our patron, place the printout with the patron's name on it inside the item and put out on holdshelf.
