For OUT of ORDER issues (i.e. paper jams or other major problems that you are not able to fix) please fill out an Out of Order form (found in the Out of Order binder) precisely indicating the problem, including your initials.
WEEKEND/AFTER 5 P.M. PROBLEMS: Place the bottom portion of the Out of Order form on the erase board in the Staff room (safe room door).
REGULAR WORKWEEK HOURS: If HB is available, advise her of the problem. If she is on vacation, let a supervisor know. If neither are available, a service call can be placed. The phone number and serial number are posted on the machine. Make sure you print out information for the clipboard with examples in the event you're not here when the technician arrives. They apparently don't get attachments we send over.
