Print Jobs Not Printing Option
Last resort option for print jobs not printing - make certain you have spoken with one of our IT staff people.
An email has been created for print jobs that will not print. Again this is a last resort to print jobs because attachments can carry viruses and hacks so be careful using this method.
The email address is BeniciaLibraryPrints@gmail.com.
Password is located in the red binder.
It may require a two factor verification that is attached to the library's cell phone located on Anita's desk. Its pin is also in the red binder noted next to this email address.
Do NOT accept print jobs on your work or personal emails for the cautions noted above as well as we do not want to set unrealistic service expectations.
