Opening And Closing Doors

To open the front doors:

The keys are on the lanyard in the front desk key drawer.

The brass key will unlock the open/closed sign.

1. Inside doors:

• flip the silver toggle switch up on the left side of the lintel above doors.

2. Outside doors:

• Place the Allen wrench in the tiny opening on the flat side of the right-hand crash bar. Press the bar in and lock it by twisting the Allen wrench. Do the same on the left-hand side.

• Look up—the switches are in the center of the top of the doors. Flip the right (black) switch next to the power switch to "Auto On". Do not move the red power switch next to it, which should always be set to "ON".

To close and lock the front doors (you start with the outside doors):

1. Flip the black switch to "off".

2. Let the doors close on their own. It will take a few seconds. Do not move the red power switch next to it, which should always be set to "ON".

3. Using Allen wrench to pop out the right hand crash bar. Do the same on the left hand side. Push on the doors at the middle to make sure they are locked.

4. Flip the silver toggle switch for the inside doors to take them offline.

5. Pull the inside doors together. Do not lock them.

6. Put the keys away.
