Notifications

When a patron complains of not getting notifications, verify:

  • Phone company is NOT an MMS version of the company.
  • The Exclude Notices boxes does not have any check marks.
  • And finally, that their hold notices went out. Have them check their trash and spam or junk folders.
  • There is a business card at the desk with the current library email address for patrons to add to their email and texting contacts in case they clock anyone not in their contact list.
