*Remember to search shelves (adult, YA, Children's, ABE, New books, displays)
*And, if it has a recent return date check the reshelving area, reshelving carts.
Remember WE DO NOT EDIT ANYTHING BELONGING TO OTHER LIBRARIES. See a supervisor if you think this is necessary.
If a BEN item is MISSING
Select the specific item within the Item Record
Click the Details tab
In the Details screen, near the middle, find the drop-down menu for Circulation Status
Select Missing
Scroll up and Save
The item will now have a Status of Missing and will not be available for future holds.
