Merge Cards

Only need to Merge Cards if a patron is using Overdrive/Libby and something is on hold or checked out.
IF a patron has a Solano card, Benicia cannot merge their cards because Solano is no longer sharing Overdrive with Benicia and St. Helena. They can just start using their new card.

If patron DOES have Overdrive\Libby items checked out or on hold, collect their card numbers.
Also, have them log into Overdrive with their new card when they get home. They will not see their items yet, but Overdrive will then see both cards and merge them.
