Link+ items in a patron record (in Polaris) are found under the ILL tab
The status column is not intuitive so here are the explanations for each status.
Status: Cancelled - Meaning = Cancelled by patron request OR owning library could not locate the item. Link+ can ONLY be cancelled when in "active" status.
Status: Active - Meaning = Pending/waiting to be pulled by owning library
Status: Shipped - Meaning = Item is on it's way from the owning library
Status: Received / Item: Holds Shelf - Meaning = On hold shelf, read for patron
Status: Received / Item: Checked out - Meaning = Checked out to patron
Status: Received / Item: Available - Meaning = Returned by patron OR Unclaimed (either not picked up or has been returned). Click on item, look at "hold until date" to see if it passed, if so, it's unclaimed/expired hold).
