The Digital Library Card was a CARL Option for patrons who would like another option to carrying their physical card, or are in the library without their card but they know their library card number.
Polaris option is NOT available at this time (27Feb2023) BUT IF A PATRON HAS THEIR CARL DIGITAL CARD downloaded IT WILL WORK ON THE SELF CHECKS. You can also type in their card number and use after confirming their identity (address/phone number).
This is not a photo of the physical card but a downloaded version from the Library's mobile site during CARL days of their card. It will clearly show the patron's name, the expiration date of their card, their library card number and a barcode.
A patron would have a screen shot of this saved in their downloads file.
