In Repair

MENDING = IN REPAIR

We do not mend items belonging to other libraries.

Items should be sent to mending:

  • if found on the shelf with water damage, torn binding, etc.
  • if being returned with a "damaged item" slip in it already, either Benicia's (white or orange) or SNAP's (grey)

An item should NOT be sent to Mending:

  • if the damage has occurred due to patron's actions. SEE: Damaged Items page in this Wiki.
