Hold Statuses

Pending- Not accepted into the queue yet
Active- In the queue
Shipped- On it's way to Benicia
Held- On the hold shelf, available for check-out
Unclaimed- It went past the 7 days hold period without being checked out by the patron (but possibly hasn't been pulled from the hold shelf yet)
Cancelled- Unclaimed that has been processed for the next patron in queue or placed back out on the shelves *No longer available on the hold shelf

*Sometimes holds can be cancelled before they even being sent out. This happens if the owning library cannot locate the item to send it or if its in bad condition.
