Tool Library & Hold Harmless Form
When checking out a Tool* or Tool Kit, a Hold Harmless form must be filled out by the patron once every calendar year.
A maximum of two Tools/Kits can be checked out at one time. Each barcode requires its own Hold Harmless Form.
The Hold Harmless Form is located on the desktop of each Customer Service Desk computer. The patron will use the CSD computer to fill it out.
This is an electronic form and will be automatically sent to AA.
(If requested, paper forms are in the back of Purple Tool Library binder. Once filled out, it goes on AA’s chair.)
Copies of either can be given to the patron upon request.
*A Tool is an item that is in the Tool section of the purple Thing Library binder OR an item stored in the basement.
