Friends' donation events are held on the first and third Saturdays of every month at the main entrance to the Benicia Public Library. Bring your gently used books, DVDs, CDs, vinyl records, magazines, puzzles, and audio books at the appropriate time where Friends volunteers will be on hand to help. Please pack your donations in paper or plastic bags or small boxes that can be easily lifted by Friends volunteers. Donations are tax-deductible and receipts are available upon request.
The Friends CANNOT accept the following items:
Video and audio cassette tapes
Vinyl
Reader's Digest condensed books
Encyclopedias
Medical and Travel books over five years old
Magazines
Textbooks or computer books
Items with mildew, mold, etc.
