Existing Patron Registration

If your patron already has a record in the system, and just needs a replacement card:

Patrons must have a primary address in the state of California.

1. If the patron's account has been sent to Collection by Solano County, we cannot update it with a new card number or take any fine/fee money from the patron.

2. Highlight the old card number and scan the new number over it

3. Change the Registered At field to Benicia Public Library

3. Change the Patron Code to Patron-Benicia

4. Update the Date of Registration field

5. Verify or update the address, phone and email

6. Under Notification Settings, verify or update the eReceipt, Notification Options, and text messaging options

7. Click Save when you are done
