Please do not send or encourage patrons to talk to the museums about Discover and Go passes.
(Most clerks at the museums have no idea about Discover and Go, so cannot answer questions.)
Passes can be searched by venue OR date. Encourage patrons to reserve their tickets but not to print them out until the day before or the day of the trip because once it is printed, it is considered used. It cannot be replaced in anyway by anyone.
Pay attention to how many people can get in per ticket, each museum can create their own rules. For example, one museum is 1 adult and as many children under 13 as you can bring in while another can require one ticket per person, regardless of age.
Pay attention to how often you can download a ticket. Some museums allow one ticket a year. Again once the ticket is printed, that counts as your one trip a year whether you can go or not. Make sure the grandkids are coming and you can go before printing.
Make sure the museum is open when you want to go. If the museum is closed for repairs, sometimes tickets do not get stopped in time.
