Standard checkout procedures applies; make sure the main components on the tag are in the bag/case, these items will be highlighted or in bold on the tag and remind the patron that we don’t guarantee all the original pieces are included.
Check in:
You only need to make sure the main components on the tag are in the bag/case, these items will be highlighted or in bold on the tag. If someone lets you know a piece(s) is missing, mark the item IN REPAIR, attach a mending slip with as much information as possible and put it on Susan’s repair shelf. We are NOT charging patrons for missing pieces.
*We can accept Solano County board games and send them back. Count all bold pieces only, rubber band the box shut, attach proper transit slip under the rubber band, set on maroon cart of bottom of large black cart.
