Schedule Find the Art Gallery calendar year schedule in the Art Gallery binder. It will list the time frame an artist is scheduled, the dates their show will be installed and when it will be removed. It will also indicate if a reception has been scheduled and who is their liaison. Additionally, you can find the artist's price list and contact information.
Submissions The Library's Art Gallery Committee accepts submissions in the late summer only. Submissions forms will be located in the Art Gallery binder. During the year, interested artists can leave their contact information (address preferred) with staff and an art gallery packet will be mailed to them with guidelines, an application, deadline for submissions, and dimensions of the gallery. There is a box for the Art Gallery Committee in the loading dock area to place interested artist's address information or provide them to our administrative assistant. We will add information to the website with pertinent deadlines, applications and dimensions of the space.
